Cancellation Policy At JIlume & Chroma, we deeply value the time and commitment of both our clients and our artists. To provide the exceptional experience you deserve, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. A credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full service amount. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect, as last-minute cancellations directly impact our artists’ ability to serve other clients.
